Obituary for Lemon Ruff

Mr. Lemon Ruff, 67, of Cartersville, died Friday, January 23, 2015 at his residence. Born in Dallas, Georgia on January 10, 1948, he was the son of the late Roy Richard Ruff and Mary Grace Ingram Ruff.
Mr. Ruff was a member of Christian Fellowship Church. He had a great sense of humor, was a hard worker and enjoyed fishing. Above all else he loved his family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, W. R. “Bill” Ruff and LeRoy Ruff.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sue Ruff of Cartersville; his son and daughter-in-law, Lemon Ruff Jr. and Misty A. Ruff of Cartersville, son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Misty D. Ruff of Adairsville; grandsons, Robert Page, Justin Ruff, Austin Ruff, Owen Ruff, Matthew Mitchell; sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Eddie Perry; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Pat Ruff; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2015 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Jody Cagle officiating. Interment will follow in the Hunt Cemetery, Dallas, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Lemon Ruff, Jr., Richard Ruff, Robert Page, Justin Ruff, Austin Ruff and Owen Ruff.
