Obituary for Theodore "Ted" Chastain

Theodore "Ted" Chastain
Mr. Theodore “Ted” Darwin Chastain, 50, of Cartersville, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Cartersville Medical Center. He was born in Cobb County on December 2, 1964, the son of Bobby Hugh and Rona Clark Chastain.
Ted was a warehouse supervisor in the Electrical Department with the City of Cartersville. He was a 1983 graduate of Cartersville High School and was an avid sports fan, especially football and golf. He enjoyed playing the bass guitar, listening to music and fishing.
Survivors include his daughter, Ivey Nicole Chastain; his parents, Bobby and Rona Chastain of Cartersville; his sister, Tracy Chastain of Alpharetta; his brother Tony Dale Chastain of Adairsville; and the mother of his daughter, Amy D. Bruce of Cartersville.
No services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Hamilton State Bank in Cartersville for Ivey Chastain’s College Fund.
