Mr. Terry Ray Roberson, 50, of Rydal, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the home of his mother.

Born December 13, 1965 in Rome, he was a son of Betty Thacker Ray and the late Ray C. Roberson. Mr. Roberson loved spending time with his grandchildren; he was an avid gardener, loved fishing, and had a talent for building.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his sons, Patrick Roberson and Derick Roberson; grandchildren, Daniel Roberson and Hailey Roberson; sisters, Cheryl Redding, Blossom Starling, Vickie Ray, Angie Woody, and Sharon Blankenship; and brothers, Chico Ray, Archie Ray, Kevin Ray, and Wesley Ray.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Lamar Hayes and The Reverend Art Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in Raccoon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
