Obituary for John Anderson Crocker

John Anderson  Crocker
Mr. John Anderson Crocker, age 70, of Cartersville, died at Cartersville Medical Center on Saturday 17, 2017.

He was born to the late John William Crocker and Mila Ruth Hill Crocker in Polk County on January 11, 1947. Preceding him in death along with his parents, are his brother, William B. Crocker; his sister, Brenda Sue Walker; a nephew, Gary David Crocker; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Crocker.

Survivors include his children, Chris Crocker (Charlie Smith) of Cartersville, Anita Matsko (Caleb Dean Tilley) of Emerson, Ronnie Crocker and wife Brenda of Cedartown, Donnie Crocker and wife Alisha of Cartersville, Shane Crocker of Cartersville and Tim Crocker and wife Barbie of Cartersville; 14 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; former wife, Linda D. Bird; former wife, Helen M. Crocker; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Joe Nix officiating. Interment will follow in Sanders Cemetery in Cedartown with military honors. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
