Obituary for Angela D. Player

Angela D.   Player
Angela D. Player, 37, of Cartersville, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Adairsville.

Born March 27, 1975, in Jacksonville, Florida she was the daughter of Elzie Brown Player and Diane Dyess Player.

Angie was employed by Barnsley Gardens Resort in Adairsville where she immensely loved her job and the family atmosphere. She was a Pit Bulldog enthusiast, was an avid reader, and enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, kayaking, yoga and fast cars. Angela loved her children, family and friends with a fierce passion.

Survivors include her parents, Elzie and Diane Player of Cartersville; her daughter, Elizabeth Casey Brazell-Player of Cartersville; her son, William Cole Brazell-Player of Cartersville; her sister, Amber Player (Taryn Padgett) of Smyrna; her Pit Bulldogs, Copper and Georgia; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Town Hall at Barnsley Gardens Resort, 597 Barnsley Gardens Road NW, Adairsville, Ga. A reception will be held immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, (ASPCA) P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929.
