Obituary for Michael Alfred Hodge
Mr. Michael A. Hodge, 56, of Adairsville, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born June 2, 1957 in Chattanooga, TN, he was a son of the late Alfred R. Hodge and Kathleen Foote Hodge. Michael was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed drag racing and cars and was a member of the Mopar Club. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Rodney Hodge and Ricky Hodge.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Rosa M. Hodge; daughters, Nancy Hodge of Cleveland, TN, Heather Cogburn of Rossville, GA, and Amanda Snyder of Birchwood, TN; brother, Danny R. Hodge of Dallas, GA; 16 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 until 2 at the funeral home.
