He was a very special friend to Charles Buckner and many others in law enforcement. Every time I saw him, he had a smile on his face and was always a pleasure to have as a friend. Over the years we drifted apart, but when Charles passed away, Larry made sure he was there to offer me his support. My heart aches for you all. He will truly be missed and will always hold a special place in my heart too.
