Obituary for Jonathan William Fowler

Mr. Jonathan William Fowler, 39, of Cartersville, died Thursday, October 29, 2015 at his residence.

Born September 24, 1976 in Rome, he was the son of Joseph W. Fowler, Jr. and Helene Lam Fowler. He was a member of the Church at Liberty Square and was employed as an operations specialist with Georgia Power. He served as the shop steward for Local #84, IBEW. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph William “Buck” Fowler, Sr., and Lois Chambers Fowler; and his maternal grandparents, Elsanne Neal Lam and John O. Lam.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Erin Hill Fowler; daughter, Irish Fowler; son, Jackson Fowler; sister, Lisa Peck and her husband Kyle; in-laws, Sharon and Tony Howell; nephews, Preston Peck and Peyton Peck; nieces, Paisley Peck and Paelyn Peck; grandmother-in-law, Bernice Hill; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services with The Reverend Jacob King officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the Children’s Ministry at The Church at Liberty Square, 2001 Liberty Square Drive, Cartersville, GA 30121, in memory of Jonathan.
