Anna Adcock  Sexton
Mrs. Anna Fields Adcock Sexton, age 91, of Cartersville died on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Adairsville on February 13, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Fields and Roxie Sue Anna Smith Fields.

Mrs. Sexton was a member of Canaan Land Fellowship Church and enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, gardening, working in her flowers and going to yard sales. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Luther Howard Adcock; her second husband, L.V. Sexton; a son, Clyde Adcock; a granddaughter, Rebecca Harper; a son-in-law, C. T. Wyatt; along with a great-grand son.

Survivors include her daughter, Annie Mae Wyatt of Fairmount; her sons, Robert Adcock and his wife, Geraldine of Cartersville, Charles Adcock and his wife, Emalene of Cartersville and Carl Adcock and his wife, Kathy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor Bryan Silvers officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
