Obituary for Geraldine Ross Turner

Geraldine Ross  Turner
Mrs. Geraldine Ross Turner, 78, of Cartersville, died Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Redmond Regional Hospital. Born June 6, 1935 in Newport, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Clayborn E. Ross and the late Josie Kathleen Rose Ross.
Geraldine was a loving and devoted mother and wife and a very generous person with her time and skills. She attended St. Francis Catholic of Assisi, was retired from Booth Hospital where she was employed for 20 years, a volunteer at the Tellius Museum, and was an excellent baker and cook.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Norman Turner of Cartersville; her daughters, Karen Sue Sterling of Dry Ridge, KY and Susan Tuttle of Milford, OH; her son, Gerald Joseph Sterling, Jr. of Latonia, KY; her sisters, Imogene Fisk of Verona, KY and Patricia Dark of Crittenden, KY; her brother, Kenneth Ross of Cassville; her grandsons, Scott Joseph Sterling of Fairfield, OH and Mark Andrew Sterling of Milford, OH; her stepchildren, Jeri Turner of Florence, KY, Tim Turner of Covington, KY and John Douglas Turner of Apex, NC.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
