Visit to Detroit

Robert is my 1st cousin, his dad and my dad were brothers. We were the yankee part of the family. We lived in Lincoln Park, outside of Detroit. We lived in a small 3 bedroom house and one summer Dayton Julie, Robert,Larry Sue,Frances and Carolyn came to visit...that ment we had 9 kids..we had 4 at the time and 4 grownups in that house!..but we had fun.think we went all around sight seeing....but my poor mom and aunt julie had to cook and feed us all..I think that was the only trip they made, we always came in summer to visit.I spent a lot of time with them,Frances and I were closest in age and were really close.Robert was nothing but nice to me all my life.He traced our family back to 1620.I always cherish that. He will be missed and my heart goes out to his wife Kay and family. His daughter Cathy and her family and to Larry, Sue,Frances, and Caorlyn and thier families...and to all of his friends.  Love Cindy
