Obituary for Dennis Lee Berry

Dennis Lee  Berry
Mr. Dennis Lee Berry, 73, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Born in Inglewood, California on July 10, 1941, he was the son of the late Merle Berry and Eleanor Frances Howarth Hollander.
Mr. Berry was a devoted family man and was known to many as “Papa-Fix-It”. He was an extremely strong man, kind, patient, hardworking and a true gentleman. Mr. Berry was a truck driver, a pilot, a realtor, an electrician, enjoyed building and racing dragsters, freehand drawing and solving crosswords.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sue C. Rogers Berry of Cartersville; three daughters, Joell Hathaway (Mark) of Cartersville, Kimberly Nida (Andrew) of Placerville, California and Tami Kasovich (Anthony) of El Dorado Hills, California; five grandchildren, Andrew, Hunter, Justin, Matthew and Jordan (aka Hattie); a sister, Donna Jean Golding of Sacramento, California; twin brothers, Larry Berry of Leesburg, Alabama and Gary Berry of Prosser, Washington.
No services will be held. The family will receive friends at the residence on Friday, April 3rd from 4 – 7 p.m.
